Everybody knows it’s important to keep fit, but trying to include exercise in our busy lives is tough, which is why I’m bringing Pilates to the workplace from June 2nd 2008. You can go to work, do your Pilates class and still be home in time for Eastenders and Corrie! Here’s a few more details…
Location: The class will be held at Dimension Data- Canteen, Waterfront
Day/Time: Monday’s, 5:50pm – 6:50pm
Price: The first session will be £4.00 per person. After this- paying as you go will be at a rate of £4.50 or a discounted rate of £4.00 if you choose to pay in a block of 4 weeks.
Numbers: The class will be limited to 14 per session and it will be based on a first come first served basis, booking in advance is advised. Please e-mail me to book a space or ask any questions:
