The Move and Groove’s young dancers are performing in ‘High School Moves’ at Cranbourne School on Friday 9th May where they’ll be showcasing their latest routines. I’m pleased to say this annual event proves very popular year on year, and yet again has completely sold out!
However, Move and Groove isn’t just for kids, there are classes for teenagers and adults as well- just take a look at what’s on offer.

Win a four-week pilates course by entering our prize draw. All you have to do is send your name, e-mail address and telephone number to info@moveandgroove.co.uk and a winner will be picked at random. Alternatively you can enter the competition by post by completing the entry form in this week’s Monday Gazette. Everyone who enters will be invited to a free introductory class!
Terms and Conditions:
Closing date is Monday 28th April 2008. All entrants must be 16 or over. The couse will run on Thursday nights 6:45pm- 7:45pm from Thursday 1st May- Thursday 22nd May 2008. Only one person per entry form will be entered. No cash alternative will be provided. Entry to the competition assumes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
